When is the Pro Rodeo?
The Pro Rodeo will take place March 14–16, 2025. Gates will open at 5:00 PM Friday and Saturday, and 12:00 PM (noon) on Sunday.
Performances will start at 7:00 PM Friday and Saturday and 2:00 PM on Sunday.
Where is the rodeo held?
At the Florida Gateway Fairgrounds in Lake City, Florida, in our Rodeo Arena. The address is 572 SW Mary Ethel Lane, Lake CIty, FL 32025.
Rodeo Events
What types of events are included?
Our rodeo includes all 7 rodeo events: Bareback, Steer Wrestling, Team Roping, Saddle Bronc, Barrel Racing, Tie Down Roping and Bull Riding. We also have Mutton Bustin’ and Breakaway Roping!
Accessibility & Safety
What if it rains?
We monitor the weather closely. Only inclement weather may delay the performance. Watching the mud puddles explode as the animals charge through the arena—it’s a fan favorite!
Rides & Concessions
Are rides available during the rodeo?
No, this event focuses on the rodeo. There are vendors for pony rides and mechanical bull rides; these are an additional fee. Food and vendor booths will be available.
